How does the Pre-Order Payment Plan work?
Place your first instalment and a TRAK representative will reach out to you directly to arrange your personalized instalment schedule over a “welcome call”. Your payment details are not stored on file, and future installments are not charged automatically.
How does shipping, VAT, and importing work?
You will be charged the entire amount of shipping fees for your order on your first instalment. Kayak shipments outside of North America and Europe do not include importing or VAT in their shipping fee collection.
All US shipments are tax + duty-free.
All European orders (including CH, NO, UK) will be charged a flat rate on their first instalment that includes VAT, importing, and courier delivery to your home.

Our 5-Year Tip-to-Tip Warranty has you covered. If it's our fault, we'll fix it. If it's your fault, we'll work with you to get you paddling again. All TRAK kayaks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Our service team is here to help with any assembly or technical questions you may have.

A skin as tough as nails.
The kayak skin is a three-ply expedition-grade polyurethane material. It is one of the strongest materials that is possible to use in this application, and TRAK is the only company to construct kayaks with this robust, custom formulation. The TRAK 2.0 skin is welded using RF without requiring any gluing or sewing.
