Ahoy Kayakers!

My name is Tibor Kozak-Korbelek. I first paddled in 1993, but have been doing it pretty intensively since 2004. I'm lucky to be a kayak guide as my second job. I've guided for the last 15 years mainly with the same company in Hungary. As a Hungarian, I'm paddling mainly inland waters but go to sea as often I can.

The most memorable paddles in my life were a week in Kenmare Bay Ireland, circumnavigating Skiathos Greece a few dozen times - sometimes in pretty harsh conditions, and acting as support kayaker for Oly Rush when he swam around Ithaka Greece nonstop to raise awareness and money for cleaning beaches polluted mainly by plastic, and lastly my recent trip to Canada.

I fancied TRAK for a while from pictures on the net and sought for something similar for my trip to Canada. Of course it is a long term investment to make travel and logistics easier - and I fell in love with it when testing for the first time on a tiny canal in the Netherlands

I like to share my hobbies with others, to show the beauty of nature, and the fun of paddling. As a kayaker, I like to show newer paddlers some of the reasons to do things, but let them make their own decisions and, occasionally, mistakes. I prefer much more to be a mentor than a dictator

Now I am happy to share TRAK to paddlers in Hungary or on my travels. I like demonstrating its smart design, versatility, and showing how it can make adventures easier to reach!

One of my mottos is from Isak Dinesen saying
"The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea"
