Location: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
 
Dan grew up in Yellowknife, where he lives today. He is grateful for true wilderness access and is a proud northerner. As one of the most experienced paddling guides and instructors in the Canadian North, he will always get excited to explore a new remote route by sea kayak. Canoe is great too (he doesn't discriminate).

As the owner of Jackpine Paddle, Dan understands the complicated and ever-changing ins & outs of accessing remote northern wilderness for your trip of a lifetime. When the road ends and a lengthy boat shuttle or floatplane charter is your only option, TRAK Kayaks can offer big cost savings and help make the logistics work.
